K4C COTM

That time again
This month I am supporting NSW Women’s Refuge
The co-ordinator/collector is a fellow blogger Aussie Knitting Threads
2012 Mar NSW Women's Refuge
and
2012 Mar NSW Womens Refuge 2
And I just managed to squeeze the Pimpeleisee Scarf/Shawl in
Pimp folded
And just so you know – No, I am not a speed crafter/knitter/crocheter
I do like having a variety of patterns to work
So I make them up and store them away for the right charity
Since I have supported this one before, I did have a little stock-pile
But note to myself – next year, make items for 4+ year olds
Not as many crafters for the LARGER sizes  Smile

  3. Hi Maria,
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Your donations are lovely and will be well received I'm sure.
    Congrats on your grandchild.

  4. I like your little poncho too. In fact all your goodies are lovely and just in time for the colder weather. I like the simplicity of the garter-stitch shawl. To me garter-stitch always looks cosy.

  5. Ain't that the truth? I can guarantee that when I start the count for AIM next month, 20% will be beanies and of the clothing (as opposed to accessories), 98% will be for very small children.

And thanks for the reminder to get my stuff in to mail for the Refuges!
